Question Bell Housing Patterns

Do the 7.3L, 460, 351w, 302, and 300 have the same bell housing pattern? I would like to put a newer ZF-S6-650 in my truck. Thanks

The 300, 302, 351w all have the same pattern. The 460, 351M, 400 have the same pattern. Not sure about the 7.3

460 and 6.9/7.3 diesel have similar, but not interchangeable, patterns. An adapter could probably be fabbed, for the enthusiastic person... the 6.0/6.4 PS manuals use an SAE#2 pattern, might get the adapter and flywheel off a 370 to work. Get ready to beat a LOT of sheet metal out of the way, and counterbalance the 370 flywheel/convert your 460 to internal balance...
