Rough Idle

I have a 2004 F250 with 17000 on it. I noticed a bit of a rough idle at stop lights so I changed the fuel filters at 15000. It went away, but came back now, it happens about 60 percent of the time. Anybody else with this problem?

Egr valve comes to mind, but I would think it would've set the check engine light. I have an 04, and my valve was replaced at 36K for the same reason. If it's under warranty see your dealer, nothing to lose.
