all 3 are different, you can modify a 360/390 motor mount to fit a 460, drill an extra hole in the rubber mount to match on the block. It works pretty good, my dad used this setup on a hot 460 for years. I have done it also, it is not too difficult.

the towers are different for many engines and no 390 and 460 do not use the same towers or mounts. there are more than just 6 cylinder and 8 cylinder towers and 2WD 4X4 stuff as there are many more variables such as highboy vs lowboy F150 VS 250 on the 4X4. as far as the mounts are concerned the original 390 and 460 mounts are very different and do not share any common parts with each other except a couple of bolts and washers. the 351 tower is different than the 460 tower. i hope this answers all of your questions. give us more specifics and we will see if we can steer you the way you want to go. hawkrod
