Hey men.I just put an mrbp 4" setup on my truck and i've got terrible resonance inside the cab.Anyone experience the same? The turbo whistle i really like but need to get rid of some of the other noise.Any suggestions? Thanks
you could try adding a resonator that BCD or DPPI sells, for the 6.0. i dont know if the tuned resonator will only work on the 6.0's pulses, or if it is universal. i am installing a MBRP 4'' turbo back this weekend, what is the "resonance" you are describing (what type of sound) is it the turbo flutter?

Sounds like the exhaust might be touching the body or frame somewhere.
I agree with others - Check CAREFULLY to see if part of the exhaust is touched the cab.
I have a 4"dp into a 5" pipe - and the 5" muffler is straight through.. There is very little extra interior sound (windows up) compared to stock - other than more turbo whistle. At certain throttle settings and loads, there is a low droning, but it isn't very loud and it isn't there most of the time.
When I put the 3" DP- 4" exhaust on my 97 I had the downpipe off 3 times massaging both the body and the last time off, slightly massaging the downpipe before I got the clearance I needed to eliminate the resonance in the cab. If it touches anywhere the increase in in cab noise is pretty remarkable.
