If I go with the DR Mini Spring Pack instead of the hangers, would it still be beneficial for me to get the adjustable track bar or relocation bracket? Also, with either the hangers or the spring pack do I need new shocks? Thanks

Do yourself a favor and get the new shocks. Most of them say taht you don't need them until you go 3" or more, but you're right at that limit. Plus, you'll be much happier with some good shocks vs the stockers. Get some adjustables, Rancho RS9000X's or Pro-Comp MX6's. I put the Rancho's on mine and it was night and day.
OK, for the sake of saving money, it looks like I could go without them in the beginning though, until I can convince my accountant (wife) that I need new shocks too, right? Also, is there anything wrong with replacing the front shocks only, once again to appease the accountant (wife)? Thanks.
yeah i wished i would have had the adjustable track bar when i put on my leveling kit (2''). even the little amount of lift, it still pulled the axle to the left about 2''
My factory trac bar measures 29.5 C-T-C and the Fabtech Bar with Rancho 2.5 springs measures 30.250 C-T-C. As illustrated above, {nice job by the way}, you can see how much easier it is by having an adjustable trac bar.
As far as shocks go, if your putting a 4" F-350 block, just ask for shocks for a stock F-350. If I remember right, they should be the same as a stock f-250 anyway.
When I did my edge 3” shackle lift, I took the track bar off and measured how much it needed to be lengthened, cut the trac-bar in half took some 1" solid bar ground the edges down a little to get better welds and welded a piece in there to lengthen it. Before I welded it though I slid a piece of black iron pipe over the bar so that when I was done welding the bar the pipe would slide over the welds and then I could weld the ends of the pipe too. It looks very nice and worked very well its right on when I slid it up in there. Saved myself $250 or whatever the ridiculous price of an adjustable trac-bar is.
I just bought the Fabtech adjustable track bar for $98.50 from Summitracing.com, thanks for all the help everyone. I havent decided on which leveling kit to go with, and since I am still in Iraq for a couple more months I dont have to make the decision right away. Im just glad I ran across the track bar while it was on clearance.
