How do I know if my rubber body mount bushings need replaced?
If they're still there are they ok? Should I upgrade to Polyurethane if I replace them?
I've seen a few people mentioning them but I don't really know much about that area. I'm going to be replacing a bed and doing some work under the truck and thought I would check those while I was there.
Thanks for any tips.

If they are dry rotted bad or swallen by oil replace them. Also ck to see if the mounting holes in the frame are in good condition. The brackets and cross member may need to be repaired or replaced, if the holes are rusted out the size of the rubber.
