What have you done to correct your speedometer(especially 05's and 06's)? I'm planning on putting 37's on my 05 and was curious as to what you guys use. Thanks.
1 - Have the dealer recalibrate. It will cost you about 40 - 60 dollars
2 - Get a Superlift Truspeed. You have to cut a few wires for this one.
3 - Get programmer. Superchips, Hypertech, Diablo, etc. These you can correct yourself and change all your other settings as well. Look at $300 - 400 for this.
I use the Superchips. I have 36's on the truck, but had to set the programmer to 38" to get it dead on. Verified it with the GPS.
The programmer is the most functional way, the dealer reprogram is the cheapest way.
Although I'm running only 285's, my dealers were $100-110 for speedo recalibration. I elected to leave it alone. A Superlift and GPS will get it closer than a dealer can.
The diablo doesn't reprogram tires for the 6.0 diesel and I don't believe there is a truspeed for the 6.0 yet. So, if you have a diesel 6.0, the biggest tire the dealer can recalibrate for is 35.

Tru speed does have a calibrator for the 6.0L i have one on my 04' running 42" IROK's. Best way i think is do the truspeed and let 4wheel parts install it when they have a special install price and they will calibrate it with GPS after the install. Truspeed works the best in my opinion cause you can adjust it yourself if you get bigger tires in the future.
