True, but unless you are doing runs a the Bonneville Salt Flats you need a average cut off place for across the power band increases and not just for peak horsepower increase. I have seen the extensions subtract up to a 1/10 of a second from the ET and add as much as 5 mph with real junk headers. Real short wheel base cars are not much fun when they don't get equal traction, but when it all comes together the trip is like nothing else. Even dragster can't compete for the thrill.
