I bought one about 6 months ago. I paid right around $550 for it from Simpson Toolbox in Mesa AZ. I love the way it works for me, all the latch mechanisms and the lock are very smooth. It was worth the money in my opinion.
They're right around $500 locally (NorCal). I found them online for 449 and 499. But the shipping wasn't included. FWIW, they have the most secure latch in the truck box industry!!
I have a lockbox and use it for my towing stuff, tiedowns (and tow rope, for other trucks I hope???) and assorted tools. I love it, except it takes up some of the potential hauling space.
