I have a 2001 F150 7700, with factory daytime running lights. Does anyone know how to disable them? I want them off, but don't want to have to pay the dealer to do it, like I had to do with my Super Duty.

 

Look behind drivers side bumper above the fog lights and attached to the front of the frame you will see a wire bundle going to a relay, thats your drl resistor, simpley unplug it and viola, no more day time running lamps.
