stainless nerf bars

i went with a pair of stainless steel running boards from louann because i have had people tell me that with kids or older folks getting in with the tubing style if they slip on the tubing it is dangerous and very slick in the snow/ice.

Check out truckparts411.com I just bought a pair of stainless steel nerf bars for my 04 Lariat Scab and put them on last weekend. Took a bit of time at first because the directions were not the best and the copy of the part inventory list was kinda hard to read. However, the bars cost me total $180. I believe the black finish ones were ~$30-40 cheaper. They look great. But just like anything nice and shiny, you ahve to take care of it or it will dull, pit, etc etc.
