Are you just trying to restore the color, or has you dash pad cracked? Vinyl paints and dyes are available from Eastwood that will restore the color. If it is cracked you might be able to find one of the same color at a salvage yard. If you have no luck, you can order a new pad from a Ford dealer.

Check with a dealer's used car lot. (I used to be a used car salesman in Dallas) They usually always have someone who comes in to do interior touch up on the cars they sell. I once had a cracked dash pad repaired and paint it to a perfect match for $30.00. You might also find such a service listed in the Yellow Pages.

I know this is late and you've probably figured out what you are going to do, but I was thumbing through a Jegs catalogue and saw VHT Plastic Paint. They have a color called "Ford Tan" in a spray can for $7.99. I don't know if this is what you need or not but maybe.

afrter searching every where for a dark brown,I went to the local shoe repair shop and found a brown that is so close that its hard to tell the difference.But I will look in the catolog.Thanks.I just looked and my catolog is last years do they have a dark brown
