Depends.
If you've still got a speedocable running to the tranny (after 95 or 97, you won't), youcan order the proper gear.
Otherwise, you'd need to get a reprogram, probably from a stealership for the easiest way.
This is assuming you just have non-factory issued size tires and never readjusted the speedo and not just a bad speedo, period. Or maybe you tried to put white face guages on and never watched where hte needle went back to....heard many a post abou that.
