I'm not sure about the rest, but there are alot of knowledgable people on this board and I'd bet that someone will chime in with the rest of the information. You might want to check this website-http://f100fever.topcities.com/specs6166.html as it is a decoder and may help.

With a truck or any classic vehicle in new pristine looking condition like yours is, nothing cute added by the owner is required. I relate this to walking up to a beautiful Ford truck at a show, and looking under the hood only to find the dist. back at the firewall.
WB 115 (wheel base 115 inches), Cert Net HP of 172 at 4000rpm I believe was a 352FE V8, but would need the 4th digit from your VIN (ie F10x). And I think the 22 was a DSO code (don't have an answer for you there).
Did you just purchase the truck or did you finish it yourself?
