Stainless steel vs. ceramic headers
I would like to add headers to my 97`expy with the 5.4 motor. Should i go with stainless steel or ceramic headers? I have already added a 3'' magnaflow cat-back system.

Always get headers which are ceramic coated if you can as they keep the temps down under the hood. I believe the ceramic coated are stainless steel but not positive. Keeping the heat "inside" the header also gives better performance but you'd never be able to feel the difference.
