im building one but i have to find a c&c shop that will bore it80 over. u can build them kinda cheap seeing u can use chevy rods and pins and i think a few other things.it will take me like a year or two to get mine done tho.i think it would be bad *** to have a 533 twin turbo with like a150 shot of n.o.s..now that would be bad *** for a short bed ford drag truck. i think at least.

I'd recommend going with a 521 instead of a 533. Most blocks are not going to handle a .080" overbore and keep any kind of cylinder wall thickness to withstand any kind of power adders.

I am running a 528 big block (.060 over bore) sonic check it first, and you will probably find one cyl with a none thrust wall with a thickness that will end up below .100 most likely between #7, and #8 this isn't a problem sleeve that one cyl then bore it to .080 over if you want to.
Mine was sonic tested and that one cyl had one spot on a non thrust wall that ended up at .095" and I am running it at that with no problems (although the block is half filled the thin spot is higher than the fill), and at that overbore my next thinnest cyl spot is .118 so if I sleeve that one cyl and bored to .080 my thinnest spot is .108 which will live without a problem.
Operative part here is sonic test it.
Now you didn't say if your running nitrous or not but even if your thinnest cyl ends up at around .090 most people have run them at or below that in street/strip cars for years without problems since it was thought you could bore any of them .080 over till sonic testing became common place as long as the thin spot is on a non thrust wall it should be ok.
Edit when I looked at my sonic tests if I sleeved 3 cyl I could actually bore mine .140 over to a 4.5" bore, adn at the block summit that was done down in Cuba MO with Dave McClain doing the sonic testing we had atleast 3 blocks with 4 sleeves in them that had been used in racing situations.
I will say my next engine is going to be an aftermarket block bored 4.6 with a 4.3 stroke most likely (I have also thought of going 4.5x4.5 for the same CID) this will give me a 572, and the eliminator sportsman blocks are around $1900, and hopefully ford will be coming out with a sportman block later this year that will come in around $1600 capable of boring to atleast 4.6"+ has 4 bolt main caps, and priority main oiling. this will be a really good deal considering what it cost to make a stock block live with lots of power adders and converting to 4 bolt or putting on a main stud support girdle. square decking doing oiling mods for improved oiling to the crank, Line honing etc the cost gets up there not that far off.
