well,my brother brought home a tool to check for c02 in the bottle.it is fine,so we disconnected the egr and it does not blow coolant anymore. my diesel tech said that the programers increase the exh temp and when the egr sticks it causes the antifreeze to skulled and that is why it pushes it out.it seems to be fine with the egr disconnected
