I went to Michigan on Monday. $2.88 per gallon up there. The cheapest we found was at the 135 mile marker at Flyin' J truck stop at $2.41 per gallon.

I have noticed that about the Flyin J in Walton is usually cheaper than most others around here.

Paid $2.89 to fill up my BMW the other day. (have to use premium!) The plus is that on the highway over the weekend on a trip to Dayton I got 30mpg. I'm only getting 11 in the Bronco....OUCH!

I was talking to a Shell fuel tanker driver over the weekend. He said he was told that the Greater Cincinnati area will be paying $3.00 a gallon by labor day for regular unleaded.

I heard an economanist(sp) on the radio stating that gas could go as high as 7.00 a gallon by end of summer next year.I hope not. Hate to say it but I might have to get a bike if it gets much higher.

If it does, I think we should start bombing for oil.
