Transfer case motor information!
Greetings all! I found this online this morning and wanted to pass it on. While there are great articles in the tech section of this forum on how to repair your transfer case motor, I thought some would find this a good alternative. Considering my 93 4X4 has lost interest in low range (which for how I use the truck I couldn't care less...but it does tell me high range will go away next), my $80 will go for a rebuilt one. I recall people saying the job took about 4 hours to clean/rework their old units. Personally I'd rather unbolt/bolt up a refreshed piece in a lot less time...but that is me, and perhaps some of you as well
