pulled tha trigger
Just pulled the trigger on a new (2005) Super Crew Lariat 2WD, black leather , captains chairs ,console, 5.4,etc,etc, option list beyond horizion, better half thinks its great. Tell me what to expect in the way or gripes, etc...........by the way , like I said black interior, solid black exterior, quite the vehicle.........dealer did a hell of a deal

nice truck
I just bought a FX4 with the black leather and interior and it is sharp. Congrats on the new truck. And I was suprised when i got in my truck after it sat in the sun all day, it didnt seem any hotter than my grey cloth interior that i just traded in.

I have a black Ranger and a black Sable, trucks dont get that hot since the glass is pretty much vertical. The sable get hotter than hades, the flatish front and rear glass are like solar collectors. Black does require some work to keep it looking good in the short and long term, but it is my favorite vehicle color.
