I'm a tight-wad and won't pay for CarHarts. I like Wrangler for the money. There's a place in Bloomington where you can buy the 5-star plain pocket kind of Wranglers for 8-10 US dollars. The Cowboy Cut is a little more, but still very reasonable.

My dad loves his Carhartt jeans, buys a pair about every time they're on sale. As for me I wear Dickies and Wrangler's cowboy cut workin for the city.

I often buy Faded Glory for work jeans. They are very cheap, usually can be bought at Wal-Mart for $10 and are made in the USA.
On the weekends its nothin' but Wranglers though...

My Dad loves Carrharts. He'd throw them away when they got dirty. Real bright boy. Pissed Mom off. I love Levi 501's. But lately I've been thinking about going with a thong. What do you think?

Funny you mention work jeans... I'm at work, wearing jeans right now! We have a company function so HR said we could dress down today. They're Guess Premium Denim, purchased for about $12.50 at the Guess Outlet. (That's significantly less than they usually cost... I love shopping!) My favorite pair for working on my truck is a pair of Hydraulic jeans that came pre-messed-up. Cost me $8 at Marshall Fields (again, down significantly from what the original price was). So I don't have to worry about making them look any worse, and the denim is actually pretty nice. I think American Eagle makes pretty nice jeans as well, but they start at $20 or so and most are around $40. And they wear out too fast.

Not really jeans, but... I prefer to wear dickie's poly-blend pants and shirts to work. I am a self employed contractor, and the (glue, paint, spackle, stain, ect...) go flying I find that these pants come clean easiest. Plus, there is a flea market down the road that sells used uniforms really cheap. Plus I can change my name a lot. lets see... I'm bubba today, yesterday I was steve and friday I was Dave.

13 MWZ. 'nuff said. i'm skinny, they fit decent. i buy then at the local small feed store i used to work at. 19.95 plus tax. i know they can be found cheaper by a couple $$ somewhere else, but i wanna support some nice folks there. that and it gives me the chance to go in and BS with them for a while.
