just wondering

I went on a 1000 mile trip 2weeks ago. I have a 2000 Expy eddie bauer 5.4L. I waited to last minute to change my oil. Their's a local garage that charges 13.00 for the oil change, including oil filter and disposal, so I went with them. They use citgo superguard (5w30) oil and fram oil filters. Hows citgo oil and fram filters. Should I have any concerns on the Citgo and fram. I normally change the oil myself and use Motorcraft and MC filters.

That combo will be fine for a 5k mile oil change interval. Let not your heart (or engine) be troubled.

sorry, just seen the thread on fram filters. Will replace at 3000 miles.
