BW 1345 Transfer case???

What are some of the known problems with these T Cases?? Besides bearings and bushings?? Thanx in advance..

The only problems I've heard of in these t-cases are the chain inside stretching after many years and the shfting forks inside wearing out causing the t-case to pop out of 4-hi and 4-lo, been there and it'll cause some pucker factor when you're going up a 8% grade in 4-lo, but that can happen in any chain driven t-case.

it's like any chain driven case. most failures are related to lack of lubrication wearing out the chain, rather than torque or HP breaking parts.

If it is in good shape allready, keep it full of clean dextron ATF and it will last years
