New Chapter Leader nominations.

It looks like it is time to find a new leader. Anyone willing to do it or think someone would make a good leader let's hear it. I would be willing to give it a try, but let's hear what everyone has to say.

Maybe should ask who would bewilling first... I could, but would rather not for many reasons. I'm already the leader for Iowa, and at this time travel is a problem, so it would probably be better for someone more centrally located to handle it, like you gents down to St Louis and Columbia... I could definitely supprt you doing it though, you have the interest and drive to keep it going, and that will be tested, trust me...

Thanks for the props. I too would give anyone a hand that became the leader. I guess we should give it a couple days to get everyones opinion and then start a poll for everyone to vote.

I would say give it until next friday 26th. That gives it 2 weeks for everyone to think about it and respond. We have went a couple months so I dont think 2 more weeks would be a problem.

Sounds like a plan. That will give everyone plenty of time to voice their opinions.

I would nominate slmann. You are the most active and out spoken member here in the Mo chapter and you seem to have the drive that position requires.

The plan was to keep it open until tomorrow and then put it to a vote. So if there is anyone else with an opinion or idea now is the time to voice it. If you think it needs to get done now then we can take care of it. In your opinion is there anything we should be doing differently or do you have any suggestions on how to build more activity?

How about this, cause I don't want to meddle or interfere in chapter affairs, once some one is elected , please Pm me.

As to ideas , the new CL will have access to the CL forum , There are quite a few threads that have been posted in there that might help you decide on how to go about being the CL of your chapter. Keep in mind that every region is differant from others, what one does in another chapter might not work here.

One thing you can do is post info that is relevant to your state, taxes, laws, local places to visit, a good place to get work done, etc, etc, make it a place that is useful to visit

im looking forward to seeing this chapter grow.
