Ive had this vibration in my front floor boards for about 7 months. Its not really getting worse just a little but it bothers the hell out of me.
The vibration i can feel in the floorboards in my feet nowhere else. Not even gas pedal. I feel it onthe passenger side also, the one time i was the passenger Its only when steeping on the gas. feel it only up to about 40mph after that no. Feel it once it warms up but not for a few minutes after cold start.
Im thinking exhaust, cat getting clogged. I know its got loose parts and leaks at the seams in some spots. Its orginal exhaust from manifolds down to the pipe going into the muffler, im pretty sure.
Since the vibration started ive had (on unrelated issues)
1. drive line checked several times and i replaced ujoints replaced , rear and front on rear axle. The rear one fixed the rumbling and moaning at high speeds when letting off the gas.
2. full transmission rebuild and transfer case. Transfer case had busted fork.
3. brakes and rotors changed. rotors were warped. The vibration actually seemed to start about the same time as this.braking was pulsing cause of the warped rotor.
4. TIres balanced, front end alighment
I know vibrations always go with driveline, but ive had all that checked out too when i had the transmission rebuilt.
Any ideas would be appreciated. Not much to go on though

My 87 truck has the same vibration it sounds like it anyway. I to am confused. but i have a theory the front body mounts are right there in the middle of the driver and passenger floor pans. it may be that its transfering vibrations from the frame though the rubber insulaters. just a theory doesnt really bother me so i havent looked into it.
Now that you mention that, I believe my radius arm bushings need replacing too. What's the symptoms of worn radius arm bushing.?
You will hear popping and groaning sounds when going over bumps....or like you turn into a driveway and go up a small incline....you will hear it...and then see the RAD arm bracket where the bushing is rubbing......like.
Yes, I had to replace my radius arm bushings, big pain! the right side bracket is bolted on, probably since it's so close to the exhaust, but the left side's bracket was riveted on. I took a grinder, chisel, air hammer, $12.00 and many cans of beers to conquer it. The shop wanted 3 bills for the job. Also my shocks were shot and needed replacing and my tires went wore unevenly. good luck!
