Just a little warning. Check your oil pans for rust or rust bubbles especially if you live up north where you get snow. I had to sand mine down and apply a special paint "SEM Rust Shield". Luckily I cought it before it was to late. By the way, my truck is a 2002.

 

Yep, it's a pretty common issue with all Fords since the early 90's, and is especially true for differential covers.

Fortunately I've never encountered it in any Ford, but have seen and heard of many that have.

Dam crying shame that they don't use a better primer-paint on the oil pan and diff cover.
