Anyway, after sliding the resistor wires in through the ICP connecters rubber I fired the truck up. It would surge between 500 and 1000 rpms, I tried to take it for a test drive and it had absolutely no power at all....would barely make it out of the drive way.
I have 18K steroid which regulates pressure to injectors with the accelerator. When I had 10K I used a variable switch in the cockpit that I could turn to add pressure or turn it off. You need a way to turn it off when at slow speeds or stoped. Black Cloud Diesel and Garrett can help you
Did you put the resistor on the wrong lead? The brown wire is not used, only the blue and the grey.
Yup, I'm an idiot I had it right the first time, and when I fired the truck up I was expecting to notice a difference in the idol. With this 10k resistor in I have no change in idol but WOW does it ever get up and go now.
