cd changer help

cd changer help
I recently purchased a 98 lariat f-150 4x4. my problem is that the cd changer isnt working correctly. when you load the cd tray and the press the cd button on the radio, the changer will continue to switch cd's. can anyone give me a possible solution to this. it does not show any errors or anything of that nature.
