I need some help...I have a 2003 F250 cc PSD. @ days ago.. rolled the windows up, then washed my truck. 2 hours later...got in it to leave, windows dont work and the radio does not work. Found fuse #41(insturment cluster) was blown. Went to replace the fuse and the new one popped right away! The only thing not factory is the XM sattelite radio(POS) which is disconected. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I looked up the power window circuit, and it does go through the intrument cluster in a round-about way. There is a battery saver relay in the instrument cluster. If it's like the older trucks, this is the relay that has a timer, and lets you work some of the power options in the truck for a short period of time after you remove the key. And apparently they run most of this stuff through the instrument cluster now, because they have indicators in it telling you what's going on with all these power features.
The battery saver relay is controlled by the instrument cluster. The battery saver relay then controls a Accessory Delay relay, which is in the fuse box. This relay is what gives power to the power windows. It feeds fuse F2.601 a 30 amp that then feeds the power windows.
If these relays are not kicked in, then the power windows will not work. The fuses that feed the instrument cluster that make this part work are F2.41 10 amp, and a F2.35 10 amp.
The F2.41 leaves the fuse box on a lightgreen/orange wire and goes up to the insturment cluster. See if anybody has tapped into this circuit either in the fuse box or somewhere in the wiring harness.
