I have heard alot of spray in liners talked about here, but I have never heard of Turbo liner. The reason I ask is because I am purchasing my new truck and this is what the ford dealer uses. Anyone heard of it or have any info on it. thanks.
There are three basic types of bedliners: 100% polyurethane, 100% polyurea, and a blend of polyurethane and polyurea. Both poly's give the bedliner desirable properties such as polyurethane has more than double the abrasion resistance of polyurea and polyurea raises the tear strength and temperature tolerance. My opinion of best to worst is this:
Best: Blend of polyurethane and polyurea
Middle: 100% polyurethane
Worst: 100% polyurea
There's actually a little more to the chemistry than that, but that should answer your question.
