Where can I check the 4X4 details?

Like transfer case, central differential.
I couldn't find any info on ford website or brochure telling what kind of 4X4 is on these F150s. part-time or full-time?

I c.

And, anyone knows how it does the limited slip? Is it able to transfer 100% torque of a axle to one side, when the other side slips?

If you are talking diffs, rear can be open or limited slip, front is always an open diff. If one side slips, the other does not turn.

a limited slip diff sends more power to the tire not slipping.

So in case of one side slipping, does the rear diff use some clutch to disconnect power to that wheel like jeep does, or just lock two rear wheels up?

I've read the low range ratio listed as either 2.56:1 or 2.65:1. The front diff is a Ford 8.8 high pinion diff. Not sure if it is 28 or 31 spline axles though? Rear diff on most is the semi float 9.75", I've seen listed as both 34 spline and 31 spline axles? tansfer case is a Borg warner part time case, not sure what model number though. I checked mine and couldn't find and ID tag on it.

About the front end, does it have hubs, like pulse vacuum hubs etc, or does it turn all the time. I tried to turn the front axle half shafts and wasn't able to turn them by hand, which would seem to suggest that there are no hubs. But I read that the hubs unlock with vacuum and so when the truck is off will lock???

Limited slip uses clutches.
