weight capacity

How much weight can my 1988 f250 with axel code 39 and spring codes K F carry.

On the info tag on the driver's door jamb it will list Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR.)

Weight the truck. Subtract the actual weight from the GVWR and that's how much it can carry.

Don't look at my gallery.....there is a picture in mine with 9200 pounds of rock on the dump bed.

But in this modern lawsuit world of ours, I guess I should also say my truck is about as stock as Dale Jarretts race car is.
