Well I thought I'd let you guys know that I just pulled the carpet out, and pulled off the dash and the panels (panels got done a couple weeks ago) and cleaned everything. Found about 20 nickels just randomly under the carpet.. I left one to see if it would grow into more (this could be a money makin deal!!). Well after I got all of that done I decided to take the carpet up to the local car wash, so I put Resolve on it and let it sit and then sprayed the sucker down. Took $6 in quarters just to get the carpet where it stopped showing brown, and another $4 to get all the soap out.

But now the carpet looks good! Doesn't stink either, I let it dry out for 2 days under the sun (one day face down one day face up) and last night I put it back in. The carpet is so soft now, and it's all the original color (where the center console was is the comparison). I also sound deadened the whole truck (except roof) and spent about $35 on that. So now it's a lot more quiet in there.

I'm also (still) working on a fiberglass center console. I think I'm going to finish it, and then make another one to house a 10.4" LCD screen.. still thinkin about that one though. Also.. what do you guys recommend for window tinting %'s? I'm thinking 20% and 5% on the back done by a professional. I did the front windows at 15% and the back at 5%, and that's a little too dark for the front, and the quality of tint that I used wasn't the best.
