The hood latch (from the inside) of my truck is a bear to open. I really have to jerk it to get it to release and then shove it back in to get it to latch again. Is there a way to grease it to make it easier? If so, where? The Haynes book doesn't show anything on how to adjust/grease it.
Rob , there are some very good spray lubricants available at the chain parts stores that will work---just spray(not wd-40)around the moving parts is what i do every 3 or 4 months are so---lub your hood latch as well as the hinges , fd
