Dodge Sludge!

I'll tell you what, we are lucky to drive what we drive. Sometimes I begin to think we have some issues with our PSD's. But wow! I've been looking for a vehicle for my wife and found a nice 01 Durango and started reading around on the internet. Engine Oil Sludge!!! Has anyone heard of such a thing? I think I'll go outside and hug my truck now.

I know it's been found not just in the Intrepid either. The 4.7, 5.2 and 5.9 V8's have been victims to the "sludge" also.

I love my Ford DIESEL engine. Wish I could afford a second PSD for the wife.

A friend of mine out in AZ just got an 05 PSD and seems to like it a lot. I'll see him in a few months in ND for pheasant season. By that time he will have had it for 3 months and have just done a 1300 mile trip. We'll see what he says then. I've made that trip twice now (1260 each way) in my 02. It's a great traveling rig. Anyway, I told him thanks for being a good lab monkey on the 6.0
