back seat question

Is there a back seat kit for a 2003 F350 CC that will enable the seat to flip or fold, similar to the 04's and 05's. I love my CC but without being able to fold the back seat I have to lay everything on the leather.
Thanks,
Brett

No have not looked into that, I figure a 04 leather back seat is not cheap. May have to go that route though. I will talk to Ford the next time I am over that way.

The '03 has a lever on each side by the doors that raises the bench in two sections.

My crew cab has a solid bench in the back with a flip down center. There is a lever on each side but it only allows the back to tilt forward a little so you can put something behind the seat. My extended cab was able to flip either side up like you guys are talking, but not the crew cab.

Mr. Chips. This is an older post of mine, but I did just what you are asking.
Check out E-bay for seats. I got a rear 60/40 out of a 2004 CC. I replaced the one in my 2003 CC that was a bench. This was last year. The seat I got was a new factory take off from some custom interior maker in the mid-west. When I was looking I found quite a few front and back seats for sale. I thing you have to be lucky and have patience.
Getting parts from Ford is too pricie. When I was looking, Ford Parts did not have a part number for complete seats. The only way to get a seat from them was buy each part separately. About $4000+ I found the complete seat for $400 and shipping was $250. In my case I got a tan cloth seat and then changed out the cloth for leather. The leather was some $$$, but I could get it from Ford. I had to buy the 3 addition self-taper bolts to mount the new seat, but the floor board already had the mounting bosses welded to the underside. I drill out the floor board for the additional bolts and mounted the seat using the 4 original + the 3 new bolts.
Hope this helps. Good luck, Brian
