brake pedal clicks

anybody have this problem on a 98 f150 4.6 xlt, when brakes are applied they make a clicking sound when first applied.

That clicking sound could be your brake light switch activating....

I had that same situation. It ended up being my electric trailer brake controller, an add on from a previous owner.
