Yes, the cab is the same. The fenders, grille, hood and front pan are all different from the '59 and '60 models. You can use the cab and your old front she et metal together to make a new '59!
For what it's worth, I have a 60 that came with vacuum wipers.
Mine is an early production run 60 though and it came with a 59 style hood.
So the year cannot be the absolute indicator of the differences as there was a bit of crossover.
I think the 59 hood combined with the 60 nose is the best combination they made. Just wish I had not ended up with those damned vacuum wipers. I have since replaced them with electric but it was EXPENSIVE.

Also, the 60 had electric wipers, the 59 has vacuum - don't know the differance in the cabs between the two.
No way to be absolutely certain but I have heard from several sources that the 59 hood carried over on 60 models manufactured in 59. I have seen pictures of a couple 60's with the 59 hood as well.
