FORD parts reverse lookup??
i.e. I got a fuel pump, # EOTZ-9350-D the dealer can't/won't look it up to tell me what it fits.

The second digit is the year of introduction (1-9) So, E0= 1980
The third digit is the vehicle. T= truck.
The fourth concerns the class of part- whether body, chassis, etc. More specifically, I think it pointed to the location in the warehouse.
The following numbers are the actual part number. 9350 will be a fuel pump no matter what year or vehicle.
The suffix deals with a specific application of some type.
This still will not help you identify which vehicle it is for, but maybe it will point you in the right direction. Someone with a parts manual covering that year will have to look it up for you to be certain on the application. Maybe your local parts store can help since the ford dealer will not.

Thanks for the lesson on dates, knew the last four were for the fuel pump, found several listings on the net.
