If you have premium sound I would get the right harness. Also if you have the rear subwoofer you will have some problems getting this to work with an aftermarket deck. The factory speakers are horrible without the aid of the subwoofer. Try this link, it should surfice or get you in the right direction.
Go to Circuit City and buy a wiring harness adapter for your truck. BTW, "premium" in this context is the most basic sound system in an Expy. Open the tailgate. If on the passenger side wall of the cargo area, you have a factory speaker (subwoofer) then you have the Mach system, optional only on the Eddie Bauer series. If you just have a pocket with a net on that side of the cargo area, or if you have an XLT Expy you have the basic system. BTW, if your truck has a floor console with rear seat audio controls, you will have two wiring plugs coming out the back of the radio, but the wiring harness adapter I discussed above will not allow those controls to work on an aftermarket system.
