99 Expy inside lighting problem

The inside/outside lights will intermittently stay on way too long. I've restarted the rig, put in drive, then park, then turned off and lights then went off like they were supposed to. It also effects the ride stabilizing suspension. It doesn't return the lower position until the lights go off. Has anyone had a problem like this and what did you do to fix it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Matt

Is your door Ajar light acting funny? When you go to drive do the lights sometimes stay on and also the doors not lock right away when you start off?

Search under "door ajar" and try the WD-40 trick. That may solve some but not all your problems.

Darth has it nailed. You have a sticking door switch, get a can of spray lube, liquid wrench, WD-40 etc. and spray in the back up and lower part of the door latches. then wipe excess out with a rag also after you open close the door also wipe the body mounted latch so it doesn't end up on your cloths later. This is a 90% sure fix. You can search for this in other forums as almost all f150 platforms suffer from this. Let us know how it works out.
