Sway bar will do nothing for rear end sagging. You may need some airbags, or Timbren rubber springs.

every one on her has told me to get the sway bar and it would help the sag i don not know what to do then i strated a thread befor asking where the best place to get them and how they woked for them and i have read on past things every says to put it on to help this problem
It will help with how the X tracks while towing. It is a night and day change in general ride quality too with the rear sway bar. Just make sure when you install it, that it is centered over the differential. I got mine from JC Whitney for $150 including shipping. I tow a 28ft Travel Trailer and it made a world of difference. If you need help installing it I can take a few pics so you can at least see how it looks after installation. I can email them to you or try and post them to the forum. Its really easy to install but a little word of warning, the directions that came with the sway bar from Hellwig were awful, I could barely read them. Luckily I know a ford master mechanic that helped me out.
I also installed a set of new shocks too which also helped alot.
I tow with an equalizer tow bar which brings the weight off the tounge of the trailer and distributes it over the entire length of the X and trailer, that's what eliminated the sag in the back on my rig.
