oil filters
I'm thinking of changing over to a Wix oil filter on my f100 302cid engine; been told of good news of this type filter; I'm big into Motorcraft filters and seem partial to keeping orginial looks. Is this a great filter to use or are all the same in maintianing a clean system. Told Wix's filter block off oil in cylinder head to keep friction down during initial start up.?

I'm with ya on Motorcraft; I have them on all my Ford cars & trucks; but it seems that my local Wally world & even the Auto parts store are starting to have less quantity on the shelve; I'll have to start going to the local Ford Dealer next.
