whear in the hell does this yellow wire go??
hay guys thears a yellow wire on my volt reg.. i have no ideal whear it goes i hook it up to battery it charges all the thime and melts my battery i hook it to
a red wire nothing?? if its not hooked up strate to battery i get no charge can anyone help???

well if its a 90 or 91, it should hook to the pos(+) terminal on the starter relay, a yellow wire with a white tracer. but if its melting your battery? you have some quazi-serious issues there. thats an internal regulator alternator right? you may need a new alternator. or at least get it checked out. prolly the regulator is no good.
