Ac full not blowing cold

I just filled the R134A in my dads 1996 plymouth voyager 3.0. My gauge says its perfectly full, but it wont blow any cold air. I had a suspition that a line was clogged or something anyone got any suggestions??

What pressures are you seeing, and at what ambient temperatures? Warm vent temps can be due to an overcharge.

MY 2000 windstar just stopped blowing cold. After some looking around I see the compressor is not running. How do I find out why it will not run. Is the clutch bad or could it be electrical. I have changed a couple of clutches. However the compressor on this windstar does not look easy to access so I do not want to guess.
