new fuel pump
I installed a new fuel pump/ sending unit on my 03 expy yesterday. I had a starting problem and week acceleration. After elliminating a few other components and testing the fuel pressure I decided to replace the fuel pump.
It only took 3 hour and I did not need any fuel line tools. to my surprise all of the lines were either hose clamped or quick connect couplings.
The truck startes on the first try now and my acceleration is much better. I hope this helps someone.
