Is any body else getting tired of too much rain? Here in Minnesota we have only had one day in June were it did not rain. It is getting on our nerves because the builders are almost two months behind on our house and we are starting to lose our patients. :-( I know there is nothing we can do but it seems to be severe storm after storm. Just needed to vent I guess.
People who say it can't be done should not interrupt the person doing it.
Try living over here in England. In the 3 months we have been here it has rained everyday except for 2 weeks. Good thing is I have a nice green yard, Bad thing is I have to mow it every other day. I am tired of rain for now too. Hopefully it quits raining soon.
I know exactly what you mean I live here in God's country (Minnesota). and this rain everyday sucks. I can't get out and work on my truck. Since I don't have the luxury of a nice fancy shop.
I guess you don't wanna know how perfect it is here in San Diego, California, do you? Sunny and warm; weather made for convertibles and pools...
1989 F-150 : 5.0, shorty headers, Flowmaster cat-back, K&N filtercharger intake, March pulleys, MSD-6T, soon to be Mass-Air...doesn't know she's not a Mustang

Finally got a nice day today in Minnesota :-) We had some severe weather move through just north of where I live last night. Confirmed tornado touch down just east of Grantsburg to the Siren area (northwestern Wisconsin). I've heard it was classified an F-3. It leveled a few houses and a barn full of cattle east of Grantsburg and leveled most of Siren. This is the craziest weather I can remember.
N.J. has been basically the same as the west coast, believe it or not. Nice weather. We have had our fair share of fog and heavy humidity also but not too much in heavy rain until this past Sunday. We got hit hard with approx 4" of rain in the morning. The after effects of a tropical storm. The afternoon was beautiful though.
Let it rain, let it rain ! Before the tropical storm went through, Texas was in a drought, and Florida was having wild fires. It is raining here in Michigan as well, which I think is good because the great lake levels are almost as low as the record lows in the mid 60s, more rain will help fill them up. By the way guys Gods country is not Minnesota, it is upper penninsula Michigan, right around the base of the Keewena penninsula. DF
I am in Houston and we got washed away with Tropical Storm Allison. In my area we got 26" in a 48 hour period!!! Luckily, none of my possessions got damaged. I was called in to work and had to work 31 hours straight. Now we are getting hammered by B-52 sized mosquitos. I have not been bitten like this years. Take the rain away...please.
The storms suck. We have been getting our rears kicked left and right by severe storms and tornado's. At least I'm not in OZ yet. The masquitos in central minnesota are about the size of barn swallows!!! You should see the flies!!
