No. The cleveland uses the same small bellhousing bolt pattern as the 302 351w and 300.

Transmission numbers translated needed

Gang,
I have 1 buddy who is putting together a package utilyzing a 351C. He wants to use one of heavy duty C-4's. I was wondering if anyone had access to what these tranny actually are per their numbers.
1. RF-E0AP-7A105-AA does fit the 351C
2. My heavy duty one is RF-C8AP-7A105-A and I need a bellhousing for that one which would fit a small block.

The c-4 has a removable bell housing Thus you can swap bell housings for which ever you want. I don't think Ford mated a c-4 to the large bell housing bolt patterns unless it was to the 351m so most any you find will bolt up to the cleveland. Ford used the c-6 or FMX for that for their larger displacement engines. If your buddy wants to go heavy duty then a small bolt pattern c-6 would be his best bet. Ford mated the c-6 to 429s and 460s so they can take all the torque and HP you want to throw at them although they were not as efficient as the c-4

I'll have to tqake a picture of the bell housing tranny m,asting service...it is different than any other C4 tranny I've seen (I don't know anything about an FMX).
