02 5.4 Header ?

02 5.4 Header ?
I searched and found some older info ( which of course still applys) but I am looking to see if anyone has had any experience lately putting headers on their 5.4 Expy?
I now have a stock exhaust manafold/cat/y pipe with a 40 series Flowmaster. I removed the stock resonator. I like the sound but want more (who dosent)
I have a couple of questions:
1. Do I replace the stock Cats with Hi flows?
2. Can I use the stock Y pipe or should I replace that while I am at it?
3. Now I know true duals are a tough setup with the fuel tank but what type of muffler ( 1 or 2) and outlet.
4. What brand header
5. How much $$$ installed?
Just want to hear what the forum has on theirs?

Im not sure you want to replace all of that or the truck is going to be REALLY loud, like mustang loud, is that what you are looking for? I would just do headers, Gibson SS. I think you can find them for about $450. As far as installing them, not sure how much that would be, I was going to give it a shot myself sometime before the summer is over...
