1988 E-250 bad ground.
Iam having a problem with a bad ground some were .I have to jump start my van to get it started.After i pull the jumpers off i put the battery and altenator tester on and every thing on the tester lights up fine,but after about 1 min i get only 5 volts going to the battery and iam not getting a charge to battery only the 5 volts shows up on the tester.If i honk the horn or turn the lights on it will try to stall.Ive replaced all the pos & neg wires on battery.I also put in a new altenator celinoide and battery about 3 months ago.I had it tested at NAPA,and they said its fine.What the heck is the problem.Two days on this and its driving me nutts.I can repeat this over and over and it dose the same thing every time.How should i dress the neg wire bolted to the motor?I removed the wire from the celinoide to starter also ,and it looked fine.Help

I just got done running a code scanner on it,and got codes 41,33,77,52 while motor was running after i jumped started it.Code 41 says EGO sensor:voltage signal always lean (low value)-dose not switch.
Vans are no fun to work with.
